13 - Go back and left then go downstairs.
14 - Use the clue from the wallpaper and the one from the jars to open the box (2451).
15 - Take the screwdriver.
16 - Take the card from within the bottles.
17 - Climb the stairs and go to your right.
18 - Place the cards in their slots.
19 - Take the wrench and go upstairs.
20 - Use the wrench in the right part of the pipe.
21 - Take the tube.
22 - Use the cutter to remove the stick. Take it.
23 - Combine the stick with the gum.
24 - Use the screwdriver in the left cover.
25 - Use the stick/gum in the hole and take the coin.
26 - Go back and left.
27 - Use the tube in the box.
28 - Click the levers (middle, up, down, down) and take the coin.
29 - Use the coin in the gum machine. Take the key.
30 - Go downstairs. Use the key on the door and go out!
